Starting cleanup
I very hastily closed off the technical discussion in my section, then went through and addressed all but one of our margin notes. The last margin note says things are very "hand-wavy", and they are. The next step will be to stop waving my hands and to point at some real details.

All but one of our margin notes? Well, I addressed them, but apparently I didn't remove as many as I thought from the .tex file. Ah well, not sure what happened there.
